It has been a pleasure to work with Scott. We saw the 5 star rating on yellow pages for his service and invited him to give us a quote. As it goes with any shopping, we had a couple other providers also come over and give us the quote for the window shades we wanted. Scott's pricing was very competitive. What put him apart from others was the attention to detail he had.



We are a first time home owners and we were totally overwhelmed and a little confused about what to select and how it would go with the decor and the furniture we had. Scott was the one who was very clear as to what would fit well for us. All others we spoke to didn't hit the bull's eye. A lot of people, when asked for suggestions, would intrude and overwrite your personal opinions. What we particularly liked with Scott was that he gave us a clear picture of what would be good while respecting the opinions we had. He definitely corrected our vision where we were wrong but was never intruding.



By the time he came for the initial measurements we had already installed some drapes and were only looking for the window shades for the remaining smaller windows. He came in, toured us through the options we had for the shades and then to our pleasant surprise, he showed us what could be corrected about the already installed drapes. Guess what, he actually took out the drapes and corrected them and re-installed them for no cost to us. We really appreciate his help and certainly give him 5 stars and recommend to all our friends who are looking for window shades service provider.



A Job more than Well done!

Scott was very helpful and patient during the process. We weren't sure of what we wanted or how the custom blinds would look. Scott walked us through each step with visual aids, giving suggestions and advice without any pressure. We love our choices, and Scott's custom touches.

Working with Scott has been a pleasure. It was over whelming when we decided to go ahead with custom drapery for our new house. Scott helped us through the whole process. He was very patient and came up with different options. He always wanted to do the right thing. At the end of the day we had some great looking drapes that made all the difference. So much can be said about customer service, and Scott brings the absolute best. You only work with him so there's not a parade of people coming into your home. We took over a year to finally buy our window coverings; every two months we would tell Scott to call us back and he did! He is diligent and easy to work with, we highly recommend him.
