Make your own soup add any vegetables you like. Really nice atmosphere, family oriented. They have good service, very helpful if it's your first time. Added to one of my top spot's for dine-in or take out.

I had seen postings on facebook about this place and knew I had to go try out their dishes especially since it's Mien food. Since I didn't live in Citrus Heights, it's about a 40 mins drive for me, but was worth it at the end.
When I got there, they were very polite and welcoming. The server/host explained how it works and kindly took our orders.
I had chosen kapoon and my husband had chosen the pho noodles. This was one of the best kapoon dish I have tasted in a while. The food was delicious and just the right hint of spiciness. I had also order the papaya salad to take home and i couldn't stop eating it until I finished it when I got home. I don't get a chance to get much authentic mien/asian food from where I'm at and this definitely help my cravings.
I will most definitely go back again.
