customer service sucks

We took our boat in there to get it worked on. We purchased a $4,000.00 part for the motor and expected some good customer service. The owner Mike was extremely rude and did not give us the time of day. When installing the part, they scratched the boat and we still need to go back because now it wont shift into gear! Lovely! I have called and called waiting for a $400 core refund, and one month later i still am calling!

If I were you, I would try and find a different mechanic.
