I have never written a review on the internet before, but was compelled to write one for Blue Ribbon Maintenance. I recently moved out of a mobile home rental and Jennifer came out to do a move out cleaning while I was moving into my new place. I can't say enough about the job she did! She was prompt, thorough and very pleasant to work with. She brought all her own supplies and cleaning equipment and to be honest, she got the rental cleaner than it was when I moved in. It sparkled and smelled great. She did a much more superior job than the rental was worth. I not only received my cleaning deposit back, but received a two thumbs up, 5-star rating from my landlord and rental management company. Thank you Blue Ribbon Maintenance for your last minute help. The price was perfect and I will be sure to call you when I am settled in my new home to set up a regular housekeeping service. Thank you again for the wonderful service. I am a new Manager in Sacramento Calif. I used many companies in the past and all were crummy. Blue Ribbon came in and honestly - my Units are incredible. All Cleaners from Blue Ribbon are all perfect in their capabilities! Never use anyone else and neither should you!!! Office staff nicest people!!! Managing a rental complex you realize very quickly that everyone has a different standard of cleanliness. We started using Blue Ribbon at one of our properties over a year ago and have never been more pleased with a cleaning crew. They now are our exclusive cleaners for all 5 properties. The attention they show to detail is fantastic! Kathy and Sharon are always quick to meet and exceed our needs and expectations. In a pinch, they've sent cleaners to one of our units on a Sunday! That's one of many things none of our other vendors would do. The biggest benefit in using Blue Ribbon Maintenance is never having to worry about the condition of the unit when there done.
