They messed up my iPod repair. It was just to repair the broken screen but somehow messed it up. They did replace it but I lost everything on my previous one. Not too happy.

Impressive job. honest and friendly staff. took my 5c there to fix. got it ready in 25 minutes.i'm so clumsy like i broke my phones 4 or 5 times but this was my first time visiting this place. never had it done so fast before.



My baby looks like a new phone again.

My girl broke her iPad,I called couple places around and i found their price more reasonable than other repair shops. so we took it to this place. i never knew that is was fixable with that bad condition. these guys are doing miracle. a young man told us to leave it and come back in 2 hours. We went and picked it up after the remaining time, The price is great, they treat us just like their family members. Oh by the way We got a free screen shield guard from apple town since we took our iPad there to fix. great work, Great service and reasonable prices.

I took my daughter's iPhone 4S to this guy after she dropped it from the top of Superman at 6 flags. It was totally smashed. He replaced the front screen, back screen, mid-frame, ringer and camera. He has always been professional and has only charged the cost of the parts after the first time he fixed the phone. The phone works great!! His prices are very reasonable and he really can work magic on an iPhone. I can't recommend this guy enough.

My boyfriend wanted to get the front glass repaired on his iphone 4s since it was cracked. He found a listing on craigslist for Apple town in Sunrise Mall. After finding it, the.man who worked there showed us all these neat different color front and backscreens (how cool right?) So, he picked one out and was told to come back in 45 mins and the phone would be done. we came back about 50 mins to be told it would be another 30 mins. We browsed around once again, came back picked up the phone. His phone had no service and alk his memory had been erased (lovelyyyy) and the phone plate was also lifted on one side. We went back to apple town and was told to leave it AGAIN for 40 mins. We came back to pick up the phone. STILL no signal or service!! He then told us to take it to At&t because he believed it was a sim card. We went to at&t to be told the phone was bent and the ribbon which makes the phone work had been destroyed!! We told the guy at apple town had said and he agreed to give us our money back and that he would pay up to $100 for a new phone. (Where do they sell Iphones for $100? EXACTLY! NOWHERE!!) We went to att&t and bought a new phone for $337.37 after trading his phone in for $200. today I went back to Apple town to get our refund and to see what he could do for us concidering he BROKE our phone. He began telling me how he didnt wanna give me a refund since we no longer had the broken one. So pretty much we paid $109.00 to have this guy at Apple town to break our phone which cause us to buy a new phone and a new 2 year contract which we have bern trying to get out of. We lost everything on the phone. Pictures, videos, EVERYTHING OF OUR CHILDREN! I do not recommend this place to ANYBODY! Oh and the.phone cases there can be purchased at Amazon for 3.99 with FREE 2 day shipping. Iam keeping my review here until our NEEDS are met or APPLE TOWN SHUTS DOWN :) Small claims court, HERE WE COME!!
