I visited EARS last week with some friends and we were so impressed by the animals friendliness and cleanliness. The staff couldn't have been more knowledgeable or nicer to us. You could tell that the animals were treated very well, as they too were friendly and came over to us when called. The tigers & Lions wanted to be petted but most of all, the black bears showed true affection for one of the women staff....he licked her face!! I almost got it on camera but not quite.

The place is kept up well, the animals looked well fed and content. I certainly recommend a visit, I don't believe you would be disappointed.
