This company does outstanding work. They worked on my previous house back in 2010; I had water intrusion after every rainfall, due to faulty drain tile. Since Rite-Way came in my floors were dry, not a single wet spot up to this day.
I moved to a new house several months ago and recently discovered a wet spot on the floor in one of the rooms, in semi-basement. Jeremy Orton, same person who fixed my water intrusion problem in my previous house came in to identify the cause of my wet floor. Within 5 minutes he detected that my issue was in fact a plumbing issue, rather than storm water intrusion (my kitchen drain pipe was broken inside the wall and was leaking water on the floor). Even though his task was over at this point and he could have left, Jeremy stayed longer and traced the exact location of that leak in drain pipe; he also drew a sketch for me, which helped me to more precisely describe my issue to plumbing company. That's what I call excellent customer care, above and beyond!

We had Rite-Way install drain tile and a sump pump in our home. All was fine until the cut into two separate water lines. This resulted in a flood in our kitchen and we had to hire a plumber to fix it. They also cut a PVC pipe and did a patch job that held up for about 3 weeks--had to have that redone. But what was the "funniest" part is when the were covering the drain tile with the cement, they cemented the stair stringer into the floor sideways. We had to knock that out and put in a whole new stringer up so we could put the stairs back in. It has been two months since this was done and I'm scared to see what the rest of the year brings...and after. Stay away from this company!! I am beyond disappointed.

We had drain tile installed at our home in New Hope, MN in 2006. They came in surveyed the basement. Gave us a couple of ideas, then we went with the least expensive. We got exactly what they said we would get which was a dry basement. Lifetime guarantee and they were in and out in about 3 days. Great service and no problems with water.

I had a flooded basement and just bought my house. Jeremy from Rite-way came out and quoted me a price to fix the problem. It was 3 times less than what I thought it was going to costs me. He explained everything in complete detail. He had a crew come out in just 3 days. The work was completed in 1 day. WOW. I reccommend Rite-way every time I hear someone say they have a wet basement!!
