Terrible customer service.



My kitchen cabinets cracked and finishing peeled/flaked off after less than two years. I rationalized that it may be due to dry winter heating, despite adequate humidifier usage.



Long story short, called Tibby (son) almost a dozen occasions. Practically begged for him to come out. Finally came, offered half-assed follow up promise which I already knew would not be true. Never followed up, never responded to calls, never fixed cabinet problems. Incredibly, I'd offered to pay whatever it is he would charge to fix his two year old suboptimal work; not even hoping for courtesy touch ups.



Maybe Tibby and co. are so wealthy, he could care less about keeping customers happy.



Plenty of great cabinet guys around; else be regretful later on.
