Called twice, never got back to us.

Left message first, spoke second time.

No response, no call, no anything.

I have a 2002 model projection TV. 55" Hitachi with a color problem, had multiple images in different colors. Called All-Tronics on a Monday and was able to come to the home same day. He quickly deteremined the cause and fortunately had the parts needed, he said, because I gave him the model number and described the trouble over the phone.



Only cost 224 plus tax. I was quoted at least $350 or more from another repair company three days before. He finished and even took time to reprogram my cable box remote for better operations. Even cleaned the lens and screen!



I'll call him again if necessary!
