I went to Western Rollarama on 1/27/2012 and experienced the worst customer service. The elderly lady working the door asked me if I was skating, I said no, but the group of friends I was with (whom walked in before me and already paid) were. She proceeded to say I could not come in. I looked into the inside area and saw numerous people not skating. As I asked her as to why I cannot come in she went off on me saying "GET OUT, GET OUT" and threw my cash back at me. This went on for a good fifteen minutes as I kept my cool. Another lady that worked there came up to her and I tried explaining the situation, she said "I was not around, I am not taking sides." I will not be returning to this horribly ran business ever again.

This place is really nice.
