Never call this company they will talk money and run

This company will not deliver what it says. Company's Owner says that after repair of AC there is leak is normal. So, you can imagine how efficient the person is. If you gave him money and work is not done then they will not return the phone call or will not pickup the phone. At the last I have to call my service company who was responsible for him to hire for my work they work with him and they stop the payment and all to him then he gave me call to fix the problem. But not a word for remaining work for which he got already paid.

WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!

Walker's Complete Heating and Cooling came to our house on a Monday, diagnosed our problem, took our check which they immediately cashed and said they would be back in a couple of days to make the repairs and here we are 2 weeks later still waiting. They have absolutely no customer service! You have to leave a message on their answering machine and pray they call you back that day. Don't ever expect anyone to answer the phone because it won't happen.



After calling them Tuesday of the first week that they were supposed to be out to find out why they didn't show or call we found out from the home insurance company that they had not even turned in the authorization forms until Wednesday morning, so they couldn't get the approval number until Friday morning which they did get at 9:00 am. We were then told by Walker's that they would be out Monday or Tuesday of the following week, again no call and no show. We called them Tuesday night and asked what the problem was and we got some lame excuse but were told they would be out Wednesday. Wednesday comes, again no show or call. Wednesday evening we call them and asked what was going on. Thursday morning we get a reply that they might be out that afternoon or Saturday morning - (I know your thinking what happened to Friday, so were we) again no show on Thursday so we had to call the home insurance company that assigned this horrible company to us and tell them that once again Walker's didn't show and that the woman who called us back with her lame excuse was as usual very rude and said that we were liars and that the home insurance company were liars, that she had turned in the authorization claims right away and that it wasn't their fault that they hadn't been out yet. When asked why she couldn't call to tell us they were NOT coming out their scheduled times every single day her reply was " I have called everyday" Yeah she called everyday, after we called her to see why they didn't show up the day before. This company is not worth your time or effort!!!



Anyway long story short the insurance company cancelled the order with them and we got our repairs made within 1 business day by a reputable company.
