SERVICE TO CLOVERFIELD LANE (45224) IS HORRIBLE, TOTALLY UNDEPENDABLE. HOLD MAIL HELD FOR DAYS AFTER THE END OF THE HOLD, ADDRESS CHANGES WRONGFULLY DONE, MAIL NOT DELIVERED. USPS IS A JOKE ON OUR STREET >>> WE DELIVER EACH OTHERS MAIL TO ONE ANOTHER BECAUSE IT IS LEFT AT THE WRONG ADDRESS. FOR YEARS WE HAD A WONDERFUL MAIL PERSON, PAUL, SO THE CURRENT SERVICE IS A HUGE CONTRAST!

received my amazon delivery for a Christmas present I ordered. The package was folded and stuffed in my mailbox -which is at rhe curb. I had a difficult time getting it out of the mailbox. The item inside was damaged. It was I kids craft kit that had a plastic frame. The frame was folded in half. This should have been brought to the door. I guess the delivery person didn't want to drive up my driveway. Merry christmas!!

Also, last month I dropped a birthday card containing a gift in the mailbox outside the post office. It was to be delivered to Montfort heights (pretty sure that mail comes from the same post office). In any case it was never received. I menrtioned this to a few friends and three others had the same experience this year. Something needs to be looked into here.

Absolutely horrible service. I called to see if I could pick my package up directly he beat around the bush, saying it could take anywhere from 20 mins - 4 hours to find my package , then told me he would not do it, as HE did not have 4 hours to waste finding my things. As I was asking why he didn't say no as soon as I asked, he hung up on me and would not answer the phone when I called back about 5 time. RIDICULOUS !!

This is the second time that an Amazon package was "delivered" to my house that we didn't get. The first time it was marked delivered (showed up 8 days later.) This time they said no one was home, but I even went out to meet the truck. It turned around in our driveway and drove off. No notification, no package, nothing.

This location has a 24hr drop box for packages in the lobby with cameras! Yet every time I drop off a package an double check the drop door to make sure it went in , THEY SCAN NOTHING that goes out an it rarely arrives! How can a government agency charge us priority cost and tracking cost yet never scan or track our packages! My customers get to cancel the order if not shipped in 5 days, I ship very next day an these people NEVER SCAN before leaving their facility of they are stealing the items because only 40% of my packages are making it! I filed an official complaint! This is a second income for me an they are making money hand over fist off of me! Also their so called insurance on packages never gets paid out! Ever! Stats in processing status for 18 months now! Smh

I had my graduation pictures delivered bent up!!! It stated DO NOT BEND!! My pictures were ruined and I was told there's nothing they can do. At this time I could care less of the lay off the postal employees!!! I'll pick my mail up myself!!!

Just left the post office I watched her laugh and joke with the customer ahead of me. I walked up no smile no friendly conversation. I say thank you have a nice day ,no response. Next person walks up the friendly conversation starts again. I don't know if you all realize it but we do notice that.
