I brought my car in two weeks ago to have my a/c fixed. Everyone treated me with the utmost respect, explaining each step thoroughly. The price was very reasonable. I will not look any further for my car needs. Very refreshing. I recommend Tuffy at Field's Ertel.

1) They are super friendly and explain everything

2) They are very trustworthy and knowledgeable

3) They back up their work 100% and will help you in anyway possible, especially if the problem turns out to be something else, which naturally will happen at any car repair service with some outlier (non-routine) car problems. They show a very loyal care.

4) Talk to Jeff; he's the one I met with and does a terrific job managing the place.
