I purchased a washing machine from Tri State appliance over the phone and I was completely satisfied. I was pleasantly surprised with the professional service that I received. They have excellent prices, and very professional services. I will not buy an appliance from any other company but them in the future. I was in a crunch for time, gave them a call, and within hours I had my washing machine delivered installed and the old one was removed.
