Carl, my service technician, always arrives within the time frame! I rarely have a problem as his thorough treatments last until the next one. I am completely with Terminix & Carl.

The two agents were punctual, neat, attentive, courteous, and knowledgeable. Their actions seem to have eliminated the ant infestation.

The technician was well within the promised time frame for service. There was no problem, only routine service so no resolution needed. The technician's appearance was very professional and he was careful to not track any snow, ice or dirt into the house. He was friendly, answered any questions and explained each step of what he was doing.

CHRIS my service tech always treats me well and does a great job for controlling any pests we have in our home. He always goes above and beyond when I ask for any additional spraying or treatment.

Appreciate the email notifications of the technician coming. My tech always arrives as planned, does his work outside efficiently and professionally.

Horrible follow through. I paid for a year and they did not come out between quarterly visits. I have bugs in my master bath. This is not what I signed up for. You call their customer service line and just wait on-hold. Beyond unprofessional. Buyer beware.
