Drove 30 miles to visit the pro-shop to purchase new ice skates for my daughter as this is one of the few places around that "supposedly" can offer expert advice. After climbing over boxes of skates, scattered all over the floor, skates in and out of the box and finding some that would probably work, nobody came up to offer any help. After waiting 20 minutes, we walked up and stood at the end of the counter to not even receive eye contact recognition of our presence. We went back to the skates and I attempted to use their measurement devices to try and get an idea of the correct size so I could order online. After returning to the counter and standing there for 5 minutes with my 9 & 5 year old daughters to again be ignored, we simply walked out with the $300 dollars I planned on spending. I guess business must be so good they don't need the sales. Don't go here if you expect any service or help.
