Had a leaky shower and ask for appt late on a Sunday...they were here at 7:30 on Monday and had it fixed by 9:00. They were knowledgeable and very professional!

My basement laundry tub had been clogged for 3 days slow to no drainage. Service Tech Branson 4523 arrived within 30 min of my service call and solved my problem in an hour. He took the time to explain an show me the problem before he resolved my issued. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. I loved the fact that they were able to come late in the evening. I will use their services for any problems I may have in the future.

Had to call yesterday to my Bellevue,Ky residence.. Have been dealing with RR for DECADES. As usual they were most punctual, extremely knowledgeable (especially when explaining the problem and options to me) and reasonably priced. Dont know why one would go anyplace else

I had a new kitchen faucet installed and checked to make sure there was no leaks and that it was operating properly. The service I had was very good. Josh was very helpful and answered all my questions. I would definitely use the service again.

My "old home" requires a lot of "care" and since I have lived here, it has been necessary to contact Roto-Rooter more than once. Each customer experience has been a pleasure. The techs who have come out have been personable, efficient and neat workers. Roto-Rooter continues to maintain their high standard of professionalism.

I called in the morning and had service that afternoon. The tech was very friendly and did good work. I would use them again.

We've had to use Roto Rooter a few times. The website is so easy to use and make an appointment and they are always on time and the last time they even got here an hour early. Our technician Rob was great, he just got straight to work and worked quick. We highly recommend them.

BEST PLUMBING COMPANY EVER - THEY WERE THE LEAST EXPENSIVE AND ARRIVED ONTIME AND SOLVED MY PROBLEM WHAT MORE CAN YOU ASK FOR!

Ridiculous! First they told me I needed a new sewer line, then, a new septic field, turn out all I needed was my tank pumped. 395.00 by international grease and septic, Roto Rooter wanted first $ 4800.00 than an additional $7500.00 they seen a single female in a nice house and thought I was stupid. Stay away from Roto Rooter in Miami

NOT IMPRESSED!. Called today (Monday) at 4:30 and was told they would come tomorrow and do NOT do emergency service or 24/7. Make them take that out of their advertising.

Friendly, fast service from the initial phone call to the service technition. Service technition was knowledgeble and was able to fix the problem in a short amount of time. We would use Rooter-Rooter again in the future. (Hopefully we won't have a need)

KIM B., Massapequa -- I called Roto-Rooter for a clogged drain pipe. He arrived 20 mins past the time window I was given, but the service was great and Eloy was very courteous. Roto Rooter Plumbers 3-10-11 My husband and I have had trouble with our sewer pipes every year for the 4 years we have lived in our house. This month it was the worst with 2 backups. It happened to be that I contacted Roto Rooters the first time and the plumber who came out, Jason, actually explained to me the problem, why it was occuring and what we could do to fix it! We needed our pipes to be "jetted" which is high powered blasts of water that obliterate the roots. We had him out a few days later to jet the pipes. He worked very hard and efficiently to ensure his time and our money was well spent. He answered all of my questions and even showed me the before and after images of our pipes, the difference was night and day! He has even offered to come out and proactively check our pipes to make sure its working! Roto Rooter plumbers are by far the BEST we have ever worked with and the ONLY ones we will work with in the future. Thanks for everything!!

Dan Butzky was my Roto Rooter Plumber. He worked diligently to find our pipes and the get them cleaned out. We were exceptionally pleased with his work and the results. We would recommend him and this company to anyone.

Roto-Rooter plumbers, 5/16/2010. It took a while for the plumber to get here, it was a Sunday and the job before was more complex than anticipated. But the office kept me informed throughout the day. Rob, our plumber was wonderful, very professional and fixed all that was needed. He explained everything to me that was needed and finished quickly. Would recommend Rob anytime.

At house within an hour and fixed the sink within 30 minutes. Wasn't cheap, but was quick!!

May 4, 2010I am very pleased with the professionalism and courtesy of the plumber (Mark) who was sent to replace my basement faucet. He was very knowledgeable and answered my questions without hesitation. I have used Roto-Rooter in the past for both small and very large and complicated jobs (sewer line replacement). I have always been satisfied with the results.
