I arrived early and took me in right away. They made my appointment very pleasant & they provided peaceful music & support while they were doing the procedure.

I always enjoy my time with Mary. She is a great person to have on their staff. Always makes you feel comfortable.

She has an excellent bedside manner and is probably the best as far as I am concerned. She is very punctual and approachable. I would recommend her in a heartbeat to anybody.

She's my doctor so I didn't realize that she has a medical spa so I would look it up to see what her information was and what people thought of her. She's really my doctor on and off for about 30 years. I like her, she's very nice. I've been in and out of Cincinnati so it's like I use her whenever I live in Cincinnati and then I don't so I don't have a consistent history with her. She's always been bad with punctuality but she was better that she used to be.

This is my first year with her and she's very good and thorough. I have some health issues and she's always rather punctual, thorough and nice. I've been very satisfied with her. She's extremely thorough. She extremely nice people on her staff. It's a small, clean office. There are times she has me come in early because she knew I would take extra time.

Trish & Mary took care of me. They were wonderful. Trish did the injections & Mary held my hand. Very pleased to the max!! Great teamwork, kindness & professional!!

The office is nice, clean, very professional staff. I was met by a very friendly lady named Mary, she was the service provider,very professional, caring, she explained how hair grows, the procedure and the cost. She told me I would have to dedicated to stick to the schedule and she worked with Dr. Guzman to personalize my treatment plan (found a combination of things that worked best for me). She was EXCELLENT!!! Very encouraging and it paid off!! I stuck to the plan and I am now hair free. Mary is great, she made me feel comfortable!

I thought it went well. I love them, they are so caring, understanding and very helpful in answering my questions and concerns. Step by step details were explained well.
