This place is HORRIBLE! I purchased a Groupon and tried to book an appointment. I called numerous times, left VM's, and sent an email with not even a response! If you are booked and can't fulfill the commitment, just let me know. Luckily, Groupon has great customer service and refunded me the purchase. I just bought a Groupon with Advanced Carpet Technologies and they called me back within 10 minutes!

We purchased a Groupon from this company a few months ago for $99 cleaning service. We have left numerous voicemails (they do not answer during business hours) and sent emails via their website; we have not received a response and the Groupon expires this week. The Groupon team has reached out to them and told us they would in touch within 3 days; it has been 6 days and we have not heard from them. Their lack of professionalism and integrity is disappointing; they should at least contact their potential clients to say they are at capacity and will be able to schedule something at a later date.

Called and made appt one week in advance. Was instructed to move all possible things off carpet. I have been waiting now for 24 hours since our appt. No call,No show. Company works with a 1980's answering machine. No return calls at all. I was getting my home cleaned and sanitzed for an upcoming Cancer Surgery. As a Disabled Veteran I can't say enough as to how badly I was treated.



Even called at the end of the day of my appt and told them about upcoming surgery, however no response!

Recently my office flooded and i was in panic mode i picked up the phone and called Premier Cleaning and Restoration and they immediately came out assessed the situation and immediately got to work. I appreciated this so much, because of their quick response none of my furniture was ruined and my office is back up and running three days later. Not many companies have an owner who comes to the job site and works with his employees to get the job donebut thiscompany does. Thank you so much Premier Cleaning and Restoration.

My basement just flooded 5 days ago due to all the rain we've had. The owner himself camera to my home to assess the damage, had my basement dry and put back together in 3 days! I am highly recommending this company.

RECENTLY I WAS IN NEED OF CARPET CLEANING AND I CALLED PREMIER CLEANING AND RESTORATION. THE SERVICE I RECEIVED WAS EXCELLENT. THEY WERE VERY CAREFUL WITH MY BELONGINGS AND MY FURNITURE, VERY THOROUGH, THE OWNER HIMSELF EVEN CAME OUT TO MAKE SURE I WAS SATISFIED. MY CARPET AND UPHOLSTERY HAS NEVER LOOKED BETTER. WHAT A GREAT COMPANY.

This company came into my home when I had no idea what to do! They were the second quote I got, and I am so glad that I went with them! I don't have flood insurance, so I had to pay out of pocket. The owner himself came into my home to look at the damage, and he gave me a price that I could actually afford. They did such an amazing job! There is no way that anyone can tell that I ever had water damage!
