I can't work and see if they would work with me until I could get back to work now they want me to come with a month that is hard since I can't work I was in the hospital for two weeks and got out still can't at least they could work with you they are greedy stuff does happen they should know that it is hard out there right now had the car over a year never missed a payment thank pfsc this is Richard ruehlman

Customer service is really bad. Spoke with an Alicia and she was Extremely Rude. Couldn't get a straight answer from her about my account and she hung up on me.
