HORRIBLE customer service and a poor excuse for an arrangement. Will be getting a refund! My husband ordered a dozen roses for me for Valentine's Day through FTD to be delivered at my work on Feb 13th. Around 3:20 they called my husband, saying they didn't know where I was located. In the past, I have had florist call me and leave voicemails letting me know they were arriving. This did not happen with this company. After my husband had been on the phone for hours, he finally arranged for them to be delivered at our house. The vase on the arrangement was chipped. The flowers were droopy and wilted looking. The greenery around it was thrown together and over all really just sucked. Most of the roses were cut one length so I couldn't even arrange it myself. An arrangement from Kroger looks better than this. When I called I was treated with horrible customer service and unprofessionalism. I have spoken with angry customers before, and would have never acted the way that this business did. I will never ever use them again, and I don't suggest that anyone else does either!
