We had purchased 8 windows. Within our warranty time frame, 7 of the 8 windows developed smoky streaks as well as a hazy glaze through them. The owner came out and looked and said he had never seen this happen before. Then called us a few days later and told us that the company they purchased the windows from had gone out of business so there was nothing they could do other than cut us a break on the install price when we purchased new windows again. I didn't want new windows, just wanted these fixed. I asked if they could just replace the glass and again was told I would have to pay for all of it except for MAYBE a discount in the install cost. I always though that when a company offers a warranty that they stand by it. Not in this case.

Mor-Lite provided me friendly, affordable, and efficient service. They were on time, explained what was needed, gave a quote and provided great quality work. The best part was, the amount billed was less than what was quoted. Hats off to Mor-Lite for a job very well done.
