Initial service in store was great, everything after was terrible. Promised delivery on Saturday, didn't happen, then got a call saying Sunday, they were late and forgot the screws to install the plug to the dryer and forgot the bed frame so both items were still useless. Was promised they would return later that day, nothing. Tried calling, no one answered. Monday, got a hold of someone who said they would get to the bottom of it, and I had to call them back to get an answer that someone would be out Tuesday. Tuesday they tried to cancel until the owner of the DELIVERY company called saying he would show up himself. He got there around 10 pm, finished the job and apologized. Terrible. I contacted Mattress and Appliance for a refund of the delivery fees at least and they said no. Terrible company, terrible service, terrible customer service. Would not recommend to anyone. Don't waste your time or money.

This place is a joke bought three appliances from them and 2 of the 3 died within less than 6 months. I would not advise anyone to shop here there crooks. STAY AWAY unless you like to lose money.

Thank you very much. I was happy with the help on the phone from Lilly. I came in the same day and with her help on finding my needs, we picked out a nice washer. Both delivery men were very nice and removed my old washer and installed the new one. Very happy with everything. Definitely will recommend.

About a year age we found out that our box spring wouldn't fit through the stairwell. We came across this gem of a store in our own neighborhood. They had exactly what we needed in stock. With the help of a knowledgeable salesperson we were able to purchase a split box spring set immediately and for less than expected.

While remodeling our youngest sons' bedroom we decided to purchase a new mattress for his bed. Of course we decided to purchase at Mattress and Appliance again. The same knowledgeable salesperson walked me through all the mattress options and I was able to purchase a new mattress on the spot. Just like the first time he even helped me like ad up.

Each time I go to this store I learn something new and feel great about purchasing the right product for my needs. The sales staff are experts and exceed expectations.

My first refrigerator from them did not work when it arrived, but they went above and beyond on exchanging it for one that does work. Great place with really nice people.
