The only reason I am giving this store on Colerain Ave a star at all is because they do have the correct size pool cover for us. We purchased a $300+ pool cover (the best one in stock) from the Glencrossing Way store. The next day we discovered several holes from a manufacturing defect and called the Glencrossing Way store. Since they did not have another one in stock, they contacted the Colerain Ave store, which had one. By the time we rolled the cover back up and put it in the truck, it was 5:24 pm. I called the Colerain store and told them we were 33 min from their store and would they wait 10 min on us if we were late. Brady (or Grady) said he was not the one who closed the store, but he and the guy who did that were leaving at 6:00 pm because it was the store policy to close at 6:00 pm and the cash registers had to be shut down at that time. This is obviously not a mom and pop store, but we just might could have made it there by 6:00 pm. Definitely not a customer oriented store, anyway.

Was looking for a 1.5 hp motor for my super pump. Found several on the internet then discovered Leslie's was a couples miles from my home. I had never seen it. So I went in was amazed at the inventory and then dumbfounded at the prices. 125% higher than any online place to order. I question the price being so high and was told "well if you want it now". I can wait a few days to save over $150.00.
