Alex and her people did an excellent job with the fabrication and installation of our new granite counter top. They kept to their quote for the things we originally asked for and was willing to add to the list when requested (we endedup adding a few things to the project in the middle of it). We did have to follow up a few times with minor details. But they followed up when we did pointthings out and did so without complaint. I would definitely hire Lay it straightif and when you want a new granite counter.

The product and service here is fantastic. I went to their Batavia location becasue I was looking for some inexpensice granite for a house I was flipping. The service was beyond what I expected. They have a large amount of full slabs, so you can see exactly what you are getting. For even a small job, their people took their time to make sure everything was exactly as I expected. Their installation team was first rate. The granite is beautiful and the service great. I will be using them again.

Great experience from start to finish. Their prices are reasonable compared to two other places I went to first, but they had better services than the others. I was able to look at over many different granite samples, they asked me a bunch of questions to see what I wanted, and when I made a decision they were able to show me my granite before they cut it. ...And they got it done on time. Friendly staff, great service. Highly recommend you check them out if you are looking for a new counter top.

Very satisfied with end results. The kitchen is exactly what I wanted. This was a big project and they came upon several major obstacles. Each time they promised me they would work through them and guaranteed me I would love it when they were done. Alex was right I love it. The best thing about this company is that I never once came home from work to a mess. At the end of each day they cleaned up everything. Alex is very easy to work with. She listened to my ideas and also offered me his suggestions. I would definitely use Lay it straight for any future projects.

The product and service here is superb! I bought a small section of granite counter top for a house I was flipping. The service provided by Kay It Straight was above and beyond what I expected. From slab selection to template to installation and follow up everyone was friendly, on time and customer centered. For even a small counter top the installers took their time and made certain I was happy before they left. The quality of the installation was superb. The granite was extremely beautiful and the service beyond belief. I will definitely be using them again.

Great experiance from start to finish. Helpful sales staff was curtious and helped make my vision a reality. Was told average turn around would be 14 days.. Well my kitchen was in after only 10 days. Seams look GREAT!
