The cover charge is extremely reasonable, free up until 8 p.m. , then 5 dollars. The food is excellent, fattening, but most old comfort soul food is. My favorite are the fried chicken wings. The music is nice and the DJ's are good. It's a hidden getaway for us older adult who don't like a lot of drama and like to see people dress nice. LaMarr is so nice to all her patrons. She has a social area, sitting and dance area, pool area and it is nice to sit out on her patio area on the nice days. She keeps her bar very clean, and the landscape flowers are a nice touch. The best nights are Fridays. She always plans a monthly calendar for different events for adults and she schedules special events for private organizations and any personal party or event. You wont be disappointed, trust me.
