This store is great and the owner is super friendly and knowledgeable. They have a great supply and stock of vacuums, bags and accessories! I will never take my vacuums any other place for repair and when I’m in the market for a new one, I will buy from them.

I took my Dyson in for service and the manager Dan was very helpful. Gave me an estimate on the spot and fixed in a few days. The repair bill was less than the estimate and my vacuum works great. They have a huge assortment of bags and filters so I was also able to get bags for an old vacuum we use in the garage. Highly recommend these guys.

More interested in the Home and Garden show than business that was walking into the business. Took 3 weeks to find out he lost my phone number and did not have what was needed! Horrible service do not waste your time!!

I went to the store near Tri- County mall and they were very helpful and fixed my Royal sweeper. So much better than wandering around Walmart with nobody to help you.

Great store. I had Simplicity repaired there and the service was great. They were right on track with the estimate. My Simplicity works great now.

Great people every time I come into the store! Great service and selection! These guys are the best!

Salesman told me on the phone that drive belt replacement would only cost $10, but when I went in to have it replaced he charged me $25 to do a 3 min job and never told me there would be a fee to do this. I would have done it myself had I known. Beware of hidden costs.

What an experience!! The man in the store took a lot of time with me to find the right vacuum for my needs. Friendly doesn't even begin to describe how I was treated! This is by far my BEST vacuum buying experience ever and will Never shop any where else. I Love my vacuum now!
