They failed to inform me that if I put a deposit down and I don't decide to but a car from them, I don't get my deposit back. I would have never put down that much money ($1000) if I had of known this from the start. I decided to wait on my purchase and they refused to give me a refund even though I never took possession of the car. This is very dishonest and I will NEVER purchase a car from them or recommend them. It's a lost for me and they simply don't care..

I have purchased 3 cars from Kings Toyota. My most recent a 2008 Avalon purchased in August 2014.

I took my car to Beechmont Toyota for my first maintenance service (oil change) I had a great experience. They were very thorough and explained everything to me. I was very satisfied with the service I received.

My second maintenance service I took my car back to Kings Toyota where I purchased my Toyota.

I had a horrible experience. I explained to Bob I was having problems with my drivers side windshield wiper. After explaining to Bob the problem he advised me to go to Advance auto where I purchased the new blade.

I did just that. When the salesmen at Advance auto looked at the wiper he noticed it was not the blade at all, it was the arm that needed adjusted. You would think Toyota would have seen that when I ask that they look at it. Also the salesmen at Advance noticed I was missing a cap and he said my fluids needed topped off. I left Toyota and drove directly to Advance auto.

I called Bob immediately after leaving there. At first I just kept getting voicemail. After finally getting to speak with Bob he told me to bring the car back and he would correct everything.

I took my car back the next day. Bob took me back to the service area and said the fluids were where they should be. They could not find my missing cap and Bob said he would have to order me a new one. Bob looked at the wiper and said the would adjust the arm.

I tried it briefly when I got in my car and seemed to be fine. A few days later it started raining around 5 or 6 pm. I know it was after I had got back to the east side of town. I turned my wipers on and they did fine the first couple times back and forth. Then the drivers side got caught up in the left side wiper. My driver side wiper stopped working all together. I called Toyota again. I spoke with Ray this time. Ray told me to come back if I could that night. Well of coarse I could not. I had NO wipers to see where I was going and it was getting dark. I had to buy rainX just so I could drive home and to work the next day seeing that it was still raining. I was not able back to Toyota because I have a very busy schedule. I have called Ray and left a message regarding this matter. Still have not received a call back. It turns out they did not tighten the arm and it came loose. I will never again purchase another car from Kings Toyota. The service dept is horrible. The girl at the desk was very unfriendly. Bad service all around. I work in sales and customer service. I travel my customers homes on a daily bases. I would never treat one of my customers in this manner. Specially after that customer has been a repeat customer for years and has paid thousands of dollars to this company. Beechmont Toyota offers great service. They went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. They will be getting all my business from here out.

They are responsible for the repair of the arm. When the wiper came loose and got caught in the left wiper it ate the teeth on the plastic. The wiper is working only because I had my boss look at it. He showed me the problem and said he does not think it will last long since the teeth are ate up.



Thanks Toyota for the horrible service. You lost a 3 time repeat customer that has paid thousands for the cars purchased.



By the way the salesman that sold me the Avalon sucked also, he could not even offer me free car washes and acted like the price could not be adjusted. He lied!
