This is a nightmare. Hogg Brothers and Sons Heating and Air Conditioning are criminals. They installed a new AC unit and left a non-compatible 13 year freon coil attached to it. I had buyers inspect with their own HVAC representative that wrote a report relaying that the coil and the new unit are incompatible. It is against the HVAC guidelines and the HVAC pro code of ethics to put these incompatible parts together, yet George Hogg Senior and George Hogg Junior refuse to fix their mess. I have lost buyers to this. I have a unit that is less than a year old and it doesn't work at all because of the incompatible coil. George Senior told me on several occasions that this is common practice. He has promised to come and inspect the unit several times over the course of months. He has yet to show his face. Now two different HVAC professionals have told me that the way the new unit was installed with the 13 year old coil that is not within Goodmans cooperative coils list is against HVAC code and ethics. The piggy HOGG company refuses to come after several calls to get them to honor their work. The owner has cussed at me over the phone though. My "new" AC unit doesn't work. RUN AWAY!!!!
