My mom cleaned houses up until she was 70. I remember "helping" to dust as a tiny child, maybe 3 or 4 years old. I clearly remember my first cleaning job at age 14. I was so thrilled and I felt I knew what I wanted to do for a living. I started an official cleaning service at age 18. I did homes and offices. I loved it. I have always loved it. I took a few years off (about 7) to get a "real" job. I worked hard in an office environment. That company appreciated my hard work and timeliness. I was promoted 5 times while I worked there. But bottom line, I did not LOVE that job. And love is so important. So I turned in my notice and went back to cleaning again. That was in 2006. I am honest, reliable and motivated. There is nothing more rewarding than transforming a dirty, messy house into a beautiful welcoming home for you to come home to. My focus is house cleaning, but also enjoy doing office cleaning. Outside of work, I am a marathoner, a grandmother, a Christian, a very involved member in the community and a photographer (used to be a professional). My daughter has joined Hitchcock Housecleaning. She learned my work ethic and desire to go above and beyond for our customers. All employees are bonded and insured. All employees are non-smoking.
