Horrible Service-Do not use

Called and scheduled an appointment for a service tech to come out and no one showed up for the appointment, so I called and was told that the appointment was cancelled???? So I was told to leave a message on Brian's VM and I did and he never called back so I called because I needed to know why it was cancelled and Brian said that they were busy and did not have a tech avail. so I asked them "why did anyone call" and he said he was getting around to it..... Horrible Service!

Called Herrmann Services last weekend late on Saturday, they had a technician out with in an hour to repair my furnace. Weekend rate was fair. My furnace is old and they advise me of option: 1) It will work. The repair cost would keep coming. 2) Replace it.

I received 3 estimates from different companies for a Trane 2 speed Furnance; Herrmann Services had best price. 2 days later they sent out Chuck & Scott (installer), they clean up and did a great job.

Best plumber I have ever hired. From the people that answered the phone to the plumber that actually showed up on time to the person who called to check and make sure I was happy after the work was completed, everyone was a joy to work with. He wore covers on his shoes fixed my water heater and cleaned up all the water that was on the floor. I thought I needed a new water heater but he was very honest and told me that I just needed to replace the relief valve. Herrmann made a new customer out of me and I even plan to use them for my air conditioning and electric work now. Do yourself a favor and call Herrmann !!!

Watch out! This business was quick to set up an appointment but an hour + $200 after the serviceman left, so did our cool air!
