Had a few Items made. Great customer service. Joe ( the owner) nice person and know his craft. that is what I liked. what really impressed me that he has a female bench jeweler. very nice.

We always have a great experience working with Joe Geraci and his entire staff. Very friendly, personal service. They have served as a perfect one stop shop for our wedding from the engagement ring to the wedding bands and wedding gift jewelry. Each time I walk through the door, I am a little unsure which direction I want to go and they have led me in the right direction, without pressure sales tactics, each time. Their custom work is phenomenal! They have a great selection to choose from and can take ideas drawn from their current inventory to build you the ring of your dreams! I highly recommend visiting their store for any jewelry needs. We live in Nashville, TN and travel to Cincinnati just to see Joe and his incredible staff. We will be returning for all our jewelry needs.
