They did the same thing to me at the Florence location. Told me my account was canceled. They took 262 dollars out a month later. Called billing and they couldn't find me. Still trying to resolve the problem.

I have recently rejoined Fitworks and I must say that it is a step down from how it was being ran a couple of years ago. First off, they need to put additional Ellipticals in the Cinema and the ESPN sports rooms. Currently, there is only one unit per room. One of the Ellipticals that is in the Cinema room has been non-functioning for (2) months now.



I also have a problem with the fact that they no longer have the Hydro Massage room and the Sauna in the women's locker room is currently out of order. I am currently on the "Gold Membership". I don't have small kids to put in daycare and I don't use the tanning beds, so what is the benefit of going to that location (even though it is 5 minutes from my home) if there are

no extra perks?



Don't Waste your Money! Urban Fitness is running a promotion for $9.95 a month and it is WAAAAY nicer than Fitworks.
