awful! Do not get your hair colored here unless you enjoy weird patchy color, fried hair, face framing damage and a halo of frizzy split ends. Maybe split ends is the wrong description considering my hair is completely split and broken all the way up to about 4 inches from my scalp. I asked for light brown face framing highlights, with all over light brown balayage. easy right, my hair is dark brown. Well bleach and color was applied and left on for 25 minutes. when she spun me around and said how does it look?! I was trying not to cry as I explained that it obviously did not look like the picture. She agreed! My hair was completely yellow, orange and white with black roots, and a cotton candy texture!! there was no way I could leave looking like that. She said she did not understand how it turned out like this?! She toned it and I left looking like a bootleg Beyoncé. No charge for the service, but since then I have spent appx. $300 on protein packs, conditioning, shampoos and products to keep it from breaking off so much. Constant hair cuts,I've lost 5inches of hair and had to get bags due to the face framing damage. Thanks to the damage I can only iron my hair every two weeks, so I get to spend an extra hour a day washing, treating and air drying my curls. I spend so much time and energy now just trying to heal my hair. It breaks if I brush it. So much for a summer wedding with hair this awful!
