I highly recommend you consider another dentist before visiting any of their locations. It wasn't a very clean place to start with, but that isn't why i'm writing this complaint.



My wife visited their office for a routine cleaning as they are a provider for her insurance. This was her first and will be her last visit.



During her visit, the staff wasn't very friendly and this includes the dentist. The dentist seemed to be in a rush and not focused on patient quality care. She proceeded to tell my wife that she had a couple a cavities and more appeared to be forming. How can cavities appear to be forming? You either have one or you don't. My wife has never had a cavity in her life. She was skeptical about this and decided against performing any action at this time. Concerned about the cavities, my wife visited another dentist shortly after who said she had wonder teeth and no signs of cavities whatsoever. The focus was apparently money driven.



It gets worse unfortunately. As my wife is checking out, the front desk informs her that they collect a $10 charge to protect the office if the insurance doesn't pay them. She again was skeptical but paid the $10 knowing that her large dental plan provider will pay (and did) and she will be refunded. The money was never refunded. My wife and her insurance company both tried to collect the funds. We had a call with the AR/AP manager and she was extremely rude and said we were mistaken and that no refund would be issued.
