A customer found a cockroach crawling on the bar. Most of the workers are probably illegal immigrants. I used to work there so I know first-hand.

I have frequented this restaurant in the past and never had a problem, but this time it has failed. We went with a large group on 7/15/13 and they were told that we were coming in advance, and they messed up a lot of orders and undercooked food. I ate the burrito loco and the next day I was rapidly ill with food poisoning. I took the courtesy to call the restaurant, and they felt that it was my fault that I didn't tell the the waiter that my food was bad. At the time of dinner, I didn't taste anything wrong. They failed to take ownership. I told them on the phone, they should take note of what I was saying and if they had any other calls, then they should take heed of this concern. I honestly don't think they care. I very upset with this outcome and will not return. If there was an option of giving them no stars, I would, but I have to give something, because they wouldn't let me leave it blank. Bummer.

This is a very nice affordable Mexican restaurant. The 16 lunch specials are an incredible value - the portions are enormous. The restaurant is clean and the service was great. You won't find anything stellar but everything we had was prepared properly.
