After a very long day and getting 6 inches of snow. I came home; my garage door would only open a little bit then stop. Then trying it again it would close. I tried it again and it would not do anything. I called EASTGATE OVERHEAD GARAGE DOOR SERVICES PLUS crying and very upset. Not only my door wouldn't open but my car was sideways in my driveway from all the snow we got today. They came out out within 30 minutes of my phone call. When the technician arrived he ran up the driveway asking me if I was alright because he seen my car sideways in my driveway. After I told him I was fine he looked at my garage door and found that I had a broken spring. Bill fixed my door and tune it up and made it work better then it had even worked when it was installed 8 years ago.



Not only did he fix my door, he shoveled most my driveway for me so I could put my car in the garage. My husband arrived and saw what he had done for me and offered him a 50 dollar tip. Bill thanked him for the offer but told us the best tip we could give him was to give him a referral. My husband was so shocked that he turned down 50 dollars and told him that he would tell everyone he knew about EASTGATE OVERHEAD DOOR SERVICES PLUS. I wish I could give them a 10 start rating but YP only offers a 1-5 star rating.

EASTGATE OVERHEAD DOOR SERVICES PLUS went way beyond in my opinion. It's nice to see people caring about people instead of just making MONEY. For this I give them a 5 STAR RATING.
