I live near and was walking by when I got my coffee this morning (10/21 @ 11am) to witness one of the employees, an white older woman, screaming in the face of a crying dog “STOP IT IT DOESNT HURT STOP” and squeezing the dogs face with her hand. There is no way this is acceptable grooming practice, that poor dog is probably terrified of going to thjs place and for good reason! People are trusting you with their furry family members and it’s your job to make the animal feel comfortable! I’m taking action to continue reporting this because watching that happen broke my heart.
