Biagios is located at the old Peterson's site on Ludlow near Clifton. There is a sous chef station directly in the center of the counter area. I love that you can view the entire kitchen and food preparation. They are very clean and food is fresh and tasty. Their limited menu will not be a problem because they always have something for everyone. The pastas are fresh and made to order. The smell wafts from the sous station and makes you wish you had an extra stomach. Their specials of the day are tremendous - I wish they'd add on the seared Ahi as a regular menu item. The seafood alfredo is a bit rich for my taste but it's alfredo! The prices are very affordable. Try the Italian Club for lunch.
