Purchased a "Quad Pole" telescoping bird house pole. Three of the four poles were missing. My sin was not opening the box within the prescribed window in the fine print. The claim all four poles were there at shipment, based on weight. They offered a small discount on a new pole kit, but I was responsible for return shipment. What happened to Customer Service? What happened to corporate integrity? I will NEVER deal with this company again, until their management attends the classes they missed on Customer Service. Beware!!

This is a traditional Rink with great ice and clean facility. They have the best skate sharpening in the city!
