My family and I have rented from armstrong properties for almost a year now and the problems get worse. They left old carpet in from previous owners, Our roof leaks, our foundation leaks into our bedroom, they have no knowledge of septic, and sewer issues provided the house is in a country area! When help arrives its usually two crackheads in a stolen van, that have no clue what or how to fix anything with the smell of alcohol on their breath. This is the honest truth! We are currently looking towards the court system, to break our lease and get away from this digusting company!!
