This company is a complete fraud.

Mike Folz the owner is a career con man. Look up his criminal record in Hamilton County. It's all right there. After I started to get Mechanic Lien's during construction for Material and services paid for by bad checks I fired him.

Smelled like liquor all the time and was a pathological liar and thief.

Do not hire him. Don't take my word either call any supplier of materials on the west end. Gravel, concrete, block, tile, plumbing, swimming pool whatever and they'll tell you as well.

STAY AWAY HE IS A CROOK.
