Tim and his Dusty are great people.Now my business building has heating problem and today Saturday.Dusty returned my call he said as soon as finish the other of building and coming to fix it.This is second time he helped me at the weekend.Also I owned Willliam Howard Taft Honeymoon house almost 10,000sgft. He said it is hard to estimate cost because each floor will have separate system I said take the old system You are charged to built new system.I do not need estimate from you .He always taking care and the best price and the highest quality in town

"Another" was recommended to me by a very reliable person, so when I read the bad review here, I called her again to confirm these are the people she meant? She was really too busy at the time to talk, but when I asked her about "Another" she took the time to go on about how much better this company was than the multiple other heating and air co's. she had called to fix a big problem they had with a heating system.
Now, I'm right there with her! I never did meet Tim, But his guy Mike was terrific... this time for an air conditioning system. Saved me LOT'S (no, really tons!) of money and got the job done fast. AC is humming now and I can't say enough good things about them.
At the start, there was a little snaffoo with a message I left not getting to Tim, but when I called back and said hey! he got it together that minute.
I'd say, not your typical heating and air company. They are on your side.. want to get the job done the way they would do it for themselves.

I am writing this review to warn people to never use this business .tim is the owner of this business and he is a liar and a crook .he has a son named dustyn who he allows to work on the side from his business .they put in a faulty air condition unit .and I've been fighting for them to make this right since April 2016 and we're now in oct they call and say they are coming to make it right and this is the 3rd sat I've been stood up .no call no show .they conveniently don't answer any phone calls .and their phone receptionist actually told me that Tim told her not to take anymore phone calls from us .they are the most idiotic , unprofessional , group I've ever met .save yourself a lot of headache and time .never use this company .they have no business dealing with the public .thanks

This is a GREAT company.. I would highly recommend. came out late at night to help when heat was out.. exceptional customer service
