Represented Sean McLeod in a Commercial Claims case and lost even though the Plaintiff didn't have an attorney. Check Nikkou Japan Food Services, LLC v. Sean McLeod in Syracuse City Court District. He gave Mr. McLeod poor advice for months while litigation was pending, then in court tried to obfuscate the facts surrounding what actually transpired, but the judge saw through the charade and ruled fairly. Highly recommend avoiding this attorney!
