Lack of unproffesionalism and sympathy for their patients. DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS TO THIS OFFICE!!!!. Please save yourself the headaches and reach out to another Kid Care Office for pediatric needs. My 3 year old was refused any medical attention for not having an appointment and when I asked to have a minute with the Doctor was told she did not have time for a question. WHAT!!! These people have no sympathy or care for your childrens conditons. I am currently seeking new Doctors and researching my rights as a patient to prevent this from happening to others including myself.
