This message is to the owner of Vista Palms Car Wash and customers who have their vehicles washed here, worst customer service ever and honestly doesn't deserve a review!!! One of your employees who vacuums the vehicles blew out my car seat motor (Silver 2001 BMW 328ci). This incident took place Wednesday 06/20/2012 at 3:45pm, I did speak to a supervisor about the damages and he mention if the workers damage any part of the vehicle while vacuuming, washing or drying that the company is not responsible. He mention that especially the owner or owners won't pay for any damages because that is what the management team was told to tell customers! I am very upset about not receiving a phone call from upper management or anyone who can resolve this matter. I instead went to the your car wash on Thursday 06/28/2012 at 10:45am and spoke to a Manager by the name of Nelson, he mention that no one gave him my phone number and he tried to fix the problem. Once again he mention it was my fault and that I broke the motor before coming to your car wash, I was very upset with him and asked if the owner can call me or if I can call the owner and he said the same thing, the owner or owners won't pay for any damages because that is what the management team was told! If you do read this message or messages on this post or anyother posting about your car wash business your management team has my phone number!

I brought my dirty car that hadnt been washed in ages! These guys left it looking brand new again! Great customer service and clean your car inside out to the littlest detail, definetly coming back, and recommending them to my friends!

i used to a car wash by bonita until i found this place. this decision has probably been the best that ive made for my car! the first time i took my car, i did their premium service and noticed the removal of ALOT of scratches. ive also never seen the dashboard soo clean in my life, they even took some grease stains i had from when i got a flat tire. the service is also great and fast even when its crowded. i usually take my car after school (around 3) and im out in less than 20 min.
