My experience buying my first car was great! Thanks to the sales person. He made sure all my concerns and questions were answered. Then the rest of the process was also a great experience because of the great customer service.

My only experience so far was excellent. They were polite, found and repaired the problem quickly, AND bill was less than half of original estimate. I'm a customer from now on.

I have horrible credit every dealership I Went to treated me like a second rate citizen. only mccune, treated me right and got me the best deal of over 10 other dealerships. there logo says it all. HONEST.

I was ready to sighn my deal all I needed was to go into finance,as I was loding my new car I found some windshield damage asked if they woul be willing to repair,FINANCE came out and said did not have time to DEAL with me either I wanted the car as is or NOT,I responded by saying to him that there is no reason to be rude he shrugged his shoulders and walked away telling us to leave the lot as he was yelling out our Credit score,very degrading,So I called the dealership the next morning and asked to speak w/ the GM the ladie asked me in regards to what? I explained and she responded by saying we dont have time for petty issues,I had to call another location to be able to get a hold of the GM she would not transfer me kept on hanging up,spoke to GM said he does not tolerate behavior like that,I had many witness's many employees were around,so GM calls me back an hour later talking about he has made my DEAL even better,He raised the price,made my payment higher and said I was getting a better warrenty...LOL called the other McCune dealership spoke to a sales Manager explained # and he told me they would be making even more profit off of us,and this is the same dealership,same owner ,I would not recommend this location to my worst enemy,they have terrible customer service,they try to convince you that you are getting an awsome deal but wont show you numbers then on top of that they are RUDE,and if you dont take the deal they use your personal info against you in front of everyone...BEWARE this place is the Worst, Dealership's are always a hasle but this place will make you feel as if you have gone car shopping all day to several different dealerships and have gotten the worst sells person at each one...
