I LOVE THESE GUYS! I have been a loyal customer since 1987. Its a family ran company. Every time I call they have been fast, responsive and enthusiastic! I love you guys. We at Cascade Upholstery hope we have MANY, MANY, MANY!!! Years to come. Thanks for everything you folks do!

Had a bad experience with San Diego frame company. Was overdue 300 22x28 frames by 1 week. This was a continual order we were supposed to get every 3 weeks. A got a phone message a week past due by Peter who said that it did not make sense for him financially to make the frames for us anymore. What I can't understand is not filling a back order us. It is a good thing Peter has enough business to withstand some honest feedback. I am keeping his phone message as motivation to always stay diversified with suppliers. If you are a current customer and are having trouble getting frames, he who complains the loudest and says they are out of frames moves to the front of the line. Its an exhausting game.

Don't get me wrong. They have great quality frames. I am just saying it is worth paying a little more for good service and more reliable delivery dates.
