I’m very disappointed in how I was treated at the Chula Vista location. The day before my appointment they sent over an invoice that was different then what I was given 3 days prior. I was told ($908). The new invoice states $1028. After speaking with Carlos he took care of it so I thought and gave me an even better price of $865 due to my inconvenience. I was pleased. When my car gets there 20 minutes later they advise they ordered the wrong part. The receptionist go on to say it’s only an OEM part and now all of a sudden they don’t carry aftermarket parts for my car so my windshield will be $1001 + 445 calibration no if and but about it. I didn’t get it done too costly. Today I went to The El Cajon location. Guess what? They stated they only have aftermarket parts you have to request OEM parts and the price was the save as what I was originally quoted. I’m very disappointed in Carlos office. He made it seem like he was giving me a deal due to my inconvenience but all along they were trying to make their money back!
