I was very happy with my recent policy and experience at this agency. They cover me 75 miles into Mexico and 100% guarantee on any repairs made to my car. I was referred by one of my friends because I had Fred Loya and it was impossible for me to ever get someone on the phone and then I had a claim and they sent me to a cheap chop shop D&H Body Shop, that did a horrible job putting my car back together. Three weeks later my bumper fell off and when I went back the owner, Toni told me that he could do nothing because the claim was closed. So glad I'm with Allstate now!
